We want you to love your colorful new wardrobe, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Carefully fold your garments and place them in the original reusable mailing bag, ensuring you include the completed dispatch note inside.

Label and Post

Generate a prepaid shipping label through our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
